At Marcato SpA, we take pride in the quality of our Italian-crafted kitchenware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not a perfect fit for your home, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused item in its original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
